After two interviews and a scheduled follow-up call that never happened, I received no communication from the company despite investing significant time preparing for each stage. The interviewers seemed unprepared and nervous, unable to offer insights into the role or clarify key performance indicators (KPIs), which left me questioning the company's professionalism. It wasn't until I followed up myself that I received a response, long after I had accepted another role. Nucleo needs to improve its communication with candidates and ensure that their interviewers are well-prepared. If you're looking for a structured and professional interview process, this might not be the best company to pursue.
