The "interview" started with a paper test on bookkeeping and QuickBooks software and afterwards I was asked to leave before being interviewed because I didn't score high enough on the test. This company wasted my time by not having an organized hiring process and not advertising their open position adequately (i.e. must know how to perform all functions of job before starting the job). Don't make the same mistake I did, be confident that you will get the job before taking the time out of your day to interview with this company. They clearly have no qualms over asking you to leave during any part of the process if you don't fit their needs.
