- 1st Typical interview with the HR - 2nd Interview with Hiring Manager. It was a great conversation that I enjoyed. They informed me that there might be a 3rd interview, which I thought was weird (either there is or there isn't 3rd interview, right?) - The 3rd and final interview was again with HR, where they tried to negotiate and lower my salary expectation because as they said, it was above their range (although they confirmed it was within range in the 1st interview). They told me they would inform me about the final decision after a few days. They never communicated ever since. I tried to communicate and ask for some feedback, but they never responded. I think that this behavior is humiliating for a big organization as Nova, and could harm their reputation
