Starts with an initial phone call where they get to know you, then a zoom meeting where they ask you about your resume and credentials, then a market survey which varies office to office, and then a final presentation on why you deserve the job.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
