Very chatty and knowledgable. Enjoyed getting to know the interviewer. He was very direct and straight to the point, unlike most interviews. Asked several intriguing questions. Was ultimately not a good fit for me but seemed like a good person.

The entire hiring process consisted of 3 interviews and 1 case study project. Most interviews were behavioral and situational type questions relating to the role. Whole process took about 3 weeks to complete.

It was a series of 3 interviews. I think they made the role seem more lucrative than it was. There was some information left out when reviewing the job duties and compensation but I came prepared with lots of questions. Had I not there was some things I would consider a little sneaky.

Honestly, I will try to be nice while also warning anyone reading this of this company. There are so many red flags to list. I have a rule of thumb, if in an "interview" it starts to sound more like a pitch then its not an interview its a commission only, hell scape, MLM style company.
