Interviews with management and some peers. Hypotheticals re client interactions. Questions re personal background. Questions about areas of interest and values. Chance to understand how the office worked. Second interview w/ upper management. An ok process overall.

The first interview round was with a panel of three other attorneys. The conversation was a back-and-forth discussing the organization and the role on one hand and my background and interest in the position on the other. The second interview round was with the director and legal director and offered a better sense of where the role fit within the organization.
