There were 2 interviews. The first was a standard online video interview with 7 questions. It was self-paced and not too hard. If you pass that interview, they'll invite you to a final interview via a Skype-style call. It was a panel interview and you could only sign up for 15-minute slots so it was pretty short.

I passed the self-record interview round but didn't pass the live interview round. The self-recorded interview had multiple takes so you can plan your answers! The live interview phase had general behavioral questions if I remember correctly.

After I had submitted my written application (resume, cover letter, and statement of interest), I was asked to complete a 6 question automated video interview. About 7 weeks later I was asked to participate in a panel interview with a few employees (they were very nice). One week later, I was informed that I was accepted into the program.

Virtual interview process where after my application was viewed I was invited to the next round. I was given questions about myself and asked to record the responses. After these were submitted and viewed, the next round included a live interview online (given that I was at university in dc and the program is in long island, NY) that was 4 v. 1.
