Within a week of my application, got a response from HR to schedule a phone interview with them. After initial phone screening, scheduled an onsite interview with the hiring manager, and 2 other members of the team. The questions asked were geared towards the tasks listed on the role description. They also asked about my interest in the role and career aspirations. Everyone was cordial and passionate about working for Northeastern University. After the meeting, thank you e-mails and additional 2 weeks, I e-mailed HR and a contact for a follow-up on the role. I did not hear any response and it wasn't until another month later that I found out the position is filled. Other than the lack of update after, I did learn a lot about more about NEU and the remarkable staff they have.

Received an offer for a phone interview and a rejection email at the same time. Pretty unorganized, though they were serious about the phone interview. Received good feedback from that interview though was ghosted even though they had promised to get back within a few weeks.
