Unprofessional, unprepared and rude. All three interviews felt unprepared, as if people were forced to do high number of interviews where quality completely degraded, barely any questions to test my competencies, felt biases. Poor experience overall. Can't rate the because I didn't feel like I was tested at any point, rather, got asked a few seemingly random questions.

Had a first phone call, later video call with HR and future colleague (current PO). Discussed position, actual work needed to be done, expectations. Hr introduced to a current PO and she explained her daily routine and all problems she is facing.
