They did not say anything about interview process in email.There were 3 rounds, In the 1st round she just told about the job and ask about my availability and thats it. I had to travel about 1 hour for that. they could have simply told me that over phone or skype. She then said I can come for 2nd round, which was just next day. I was supposed to go there for whole day to observe. But, I did not go

Phone interview process, was not really an interview at all. Seems like the recruit team just wants to get people in there fast to have in person interview with hiring manager. Company mission was unclear so and I felt they were pushy so I didn't move forward with in person interview.
