Be it hiring, infrastructure, procurement, finance, marketing. Because the interviewer will keep at this question. 4. What stages of this process should go hand in hand, and which element requires sole focus. Whether its hiring of staff members or community engagement for enrollment. 5. Timeline to accomplish all this. 6. The places are “kachhi abaadi, full of dust and mud”, how will you get there because we are not giving you transport. 7. How will you go about speaking to people in the area, its not easy. OFCOURSE ITS NOT EASY, ESPECIALLY IN PAKISTAN’S CULTURAL CONTEXT BEING A GIRL! 8. What would you do to convince parents for their kids’ enrollment. What would you keep on doing to convince them if they don’t agree. 9. Solve case study involving both a quick analysis and Math bit. A budget airline wants to expand into business class, a) is it a good decision b) if yes, how to do it. We only covered the analysis part so talk about all sorts of cost analysis, market analysis, competitors, existing revenue structure, business class flight slots at the airport etc. idk if a MECE framework is relevant here but wouldn’t hurt to mention, I did anyways.
