Such a backwards process. Noom sent an assessment asking for a pivot table based on a sheet of data PRIOR to an interview l. They had an expected 3 day turnaround. They then sent a rejection letter 2 weeks later. That’s just terrible HR, and talent management. Very glad to not move forward if that’s how they treat people.
