I have appeared for interview with Cisco Bangalore 3-4 times and at all times my experience in terms of interaction with the team was good and also got positive response from the interviewers but finally did not get any offer. Companies should have a process of informing candidates of the result of the interview process, even if negative, as people take time off from current work to got through the process and keep waiting for the result.
