It was very lengthy, but positive overall a good exposure to the big corporate interviews. It's good to know that even they are interested to listen to you. Friendly people and very approachable for any sort of clarifications, if needed

The interview process at Nokia was structured, friendly and transparent. I first had an HR screening, followed by a more technical conversation with the hiring manager, focused on my problem-solving skills, motivation and fit with the team and culture.

It was alright, with a phone screening by recruiter and then technical interview with hiring manager. I was given a case study project to prepare for, and present to the hiring manager.

Overall quite nice and friendly. Was interviewed in two rounds back to back, first by my potential manager, and then a technical lead was brought in and asked a few more technical questions. The atmosphere was very calm and they were quite open and clear in their interview questions.
