2 hour coding challenge which was challenging but also fun. After that there was a chat with an engineer about your strengths/weaknesses and general vibe. I was also asked about salary expectations which I wasn't expecting. Then it's a remote pairing which was in Rails. It was difficult to me to understand the schema but it was fairly straightforward after I wrapped my head around it. My interviewer was super nice and easy to talk to. I was rejected after that session. It would have been two onsite pairing sessions next. All around it was a great experience. Bummed I didn't make it but would apply again in the future.
