Waste of time! Confusing interview process! Every interview each person was late but had hard time stops! Made it to the third round to meet with CEO. The first two we’re with the sales leaders which we’re great but the third interview was with the CEO who asked the same questions as if I was in the first interview. Seems as though he was not prepared when I entered the third interview and ultimately a waste of time! I have went through a lot of sales interviews in my career and have never had an experience like this! Feedback: The CEO should delegate the process especially for an entry level position.
