There are at least three to four steps in the process. After HR screening, there is an interview with the hiring manager at the second round. Also at the second round, there is a written test which has two parts: numerical and logic-based reasoning. The third round is a peer interview which you would have to give a presentation. The topic is given at the interview and you are only given 10-20 minutes to prepare the presentation. The topic is on marketing case. After the presentation by each candidates, there is an evaluation session.

Selected for a video interview, and had to respond to recorded questions. It went smooth. And I was called for a test in the next stage. But didn't get the required marks in it.
