I was contacted by a recruiter, had a phone interview and an in person interview wtih 3 people in the sourcing group. the entire process took 30 days. I met the hiring manager, one other sr manager in the group and the SVP. the hiring manager and the SVP obviously did not get along. i did not meet any co workers from my group. I was able to meet all 3 in one day which was unusual for them.
