Everyone I interviewed with was great and easy to talk to but the overall interview process was a poor experience. After each interview the interviewer would tell me to expect to hear from the recruiter in a day or two and it would take about a week in between each interview to hear back from the recruiter regarding next steps, only after I would send a follow up email. I had a total of 5 interviews with the process taking well over a month, only to be sent a generic Workday decline email with no other information. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter thanking them for their time and asking for some feedback and I was completely ghosted. I understand a generic decline email after one interview or just applying but after 5 rounds of interviews I was expecting some sort of feedback or communication from the recruiter.
