I had a 2-hour interview with 4 different people, manly focus on how using the current systems I'm gonna change the knowledge development in the company, the process was focus on technical questions about the internal systems more than anything else. (the system I don't know because obviously I don't work there but apparently they expected as L&D manager for me to know everything) . They were not sure even where the roll will fall under since they wanted me to do many things and practically report to 3 people. After the interview they disappear without any communication to say if I passed or not, I even wrote to HR about it but still nothing and its been a month. Just give you the idea the kind of company that don't care about the employees at all.
