"WILL GHOST YOU" -- This is what someone commented here about their interview experience and I have to say that I agree. Nothing against the recruiter though. He/She/They seemed polite and helpful. You get 3-4 javascript questions in a poorly formatted word file which is very hard to read and you have only 20 minutes to to put your answers in the word file and email it back to the recruiter. I managed to complete as many as I could and sent it back. The recruiter said I could take some extra time and finish the rest which I did in another 20 minutes or so. Then came the long wait. I had to follow up multiple times with them over the next few weeks. I was invited to meet with the hiring manager and was asked to give some dates and times when I was available. I did so promptly. After that, radio silence from their side. The dates I had provided went by and I did not receive any communication from them regarding the meeting with their hiring manager. I sent follow up emails but did not receive a response. It's a shame really. I was really interested in working with them. I guess I will take my talents elsewhere. I'm just glad I didn't cancel other interviews I had lined up for this.
