Applied online, had first an introductory call, than an interview with two colleagues in the same role than asked to present a case. The first two interviews went quite ok and I did feel like I could actually be part of the group - no awkward moments and just an energising conversation but the case was quite difficult to work on and presented in a very complex and confusing way. That didn't help (but probably was done on purpose).
