I applied through a university job board and received an email about an interview over a month later. The first interview was a one-way video interview where I recorded timed responses. It was very awkward since you're not speaking to a real person. I thought I did poorly because of the awkward format but after 1-2 weeks I was moved onto a second interview. It was a final round interview with the actual team, where three different team members took turns interviewing me for about 20 minutes each through Google hangouts. One person was front-end, another was back-end, the last was behavioral. In the end I was ghosted for nearly a month until I sent a follow-up email.
