The interview process was fairly straightforward. Went in for an initial interview--standard "tell me about yourself" and job fit related questions. Got to learn a little more about the company structure and what the position entailed. Moved onto do a behavioral assessment.

Very informative interview process. Explained clearly the training process, goals of the job, and compensation structure (which is rather complicated!). Helped to understand what was needed and tools available to succeed.

Most of the questions will be behavioral, focusing on why I want to join the firm, what specifically interests me about the role, and whether I understand the responsibilities of the job. They may also ask situational questions, such as describing a time I managed risk or demonstrating how I handle time management and prioritization.
