The interview process begins with a phone interview. It was then followed by a group presentation on the company and their pay structure. Lastly, there was a 1 on 1 interview.

You have to graduate to new levels of the interview process but they want you to call people you know and meet quotas. The more I learned about it the more it seemed to good to be true. They use a formula to meet numbers but close to impossible to keep up

Lengthy. Took a few interviews. But was told I couldn’t produce until a year later. Very easy and seems like a great company with really good benefits. It’s over zoom as well which was really nice.

Become a licensed life and health insurance angent.
