They mainly assess your personalities. They ask questions like " What difficulties have you faced and how you resolved them." "How would your friend describe you?"They also ask a little bit about what you know about the company. I looked over their web yesterday so I list out their companies' product and what they think they are different from other competitors. Then they start to introduce the company and share information like what they do. At the end, they give you a personality test and ask you about your previous job(job function and salary).
