Disorganized. The interviewer was very loud and did not seem to be experienced in interviewing. I think she may have been overwhelmed but it felt too casual for me. I had also asked about compensation prior to the interview and she did not respond. There was not compensation or schedule transparency even when I directly asked. Took 30 minutes of discussion to find out the position was Tuesday-Saturday, and then I couldn't even get her to talk salary. She wanted someone to start immediately. I was just told my salary expectations were too high, but not what the range was. They wanted someone with a real estate license but want to pay below market rates. They also seem to have high expectations but the appearance of the property showed otherwise. They are an acquisition company, not a property management company, so I was suprised they wanted to pay less than PM as they have more capital. I decided to end the interview since there was not transparency.
