First interview taken by Marketing AGM, plant head and then by CEO. Marketing AGM & Plant head asked too many question for testing my technical, commercial and IQ skills. Even those questions were asked which were not relevant to my profile. Then salary discussion was done with them and finalised. After that next round was with company CEO. He asked simple questions about my previous job and personal life. Then he asked me to sign a bond for 5 years whic I accepted and it was my big mistake.
