Easy in most ways, not many questions about actual marketing or sales, but more on personality and goals. Very straightforward and simple. I believe the goal to is to just recruit and get others on board.

The initial interview is short and simple, mainly an overview of the position and seeing if your qualifications and experience match what they're looking for. The second interview was the same week and went into much more detail about the position and answered all of my questions. Then the manager met with me for a third and final interview to make sure I understood everything and answer any remaining questions.
