Three step interview process. First interview was with Assistant Director, basic interview questions asked. Second interview is on site with a corporate trainer and is crucial in order to be recommended for the third and final interview, where you meet with the regional director in the office. Second interview is the most important as the trainer's recommendation can secure you a job offer
