Interview was very quick, and company said they had little experience in the area of pharma industry they were hiring. Abundantly clear that expectations they had didn’t match reality of what they were used to—they are a behind the scenes operation, and not used to dealing with client-facing parts of a pharma organization. Mismatch was horrible.
