Had three rounds of interviews with four separate individuals across two weeks. During this entire process, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of transparency provided. A portal/link was provided that not only laid out each interview, who it was with, and the dates and times, but also provided links, packets, and the company's core values and mission statement all in one convenient location. I've never had this before in any prior interviews I've done, so this was a breath of fresh air. While I was disheartened to not move forward after those interviews, the entire experience was positive enough that I'd likely apply again for a future position in a heartbeat.
