Super transparent, very thorough and a very reasonable process. Each round was interesting with kind, knowledgable and down to earth team members who were genuinely interested and engaged. Nice mix of technical and personal questions. People Experience [Mike Driscoll] was the friendly voice keeping me updated throughout and is an absolute gem, the wait between interview -> offer -> start date can feel a little long but you can trust Mike to let you know how things are moving and give you a little pep talk in between!
