Met with Tyler Smith to discuss the position. Had a great conversation (even though I could not see him because his camera was apparently "broken") and said he would get back to me once he had his 1x1 with the hiring manager to schedule an interview. 1 week went by and I got a "no-reply rejection email" and the guy totally ghosted! I followed up again and never received an email back. The professional thing to do was let me know if the hiring manager didn't want to move forward. This place is clearly a disorganized mess!!
