HR Executive of NetBrahma reached out to me over the email with the job opportunity for Product Designer at NetBrahma. Then we had a quick discussion of 10 min. Post which I was given an assignment which covered a redesign task for their project work which included a screenshot and duration was 2 days. After submitting the assignment , HR disappeared for like 4 weeks . When I tried asking for update they did not replied on my emails , neither did they answered my phone calls. After a month of submission of assignment, I got an email saying that they will not be moving forward with my application. It seems like they just wanted to have their screens re-designed and project work done from some good designer who they can't afford to hire. If you are a professional who is genuinely looking out for a job opportunity and don't want to do some unpaid work in the name of assignment, should avoid their job related posts and try to find some good company.
