I had 2 online interviews where I met the HR manager and what would have been my line manager. After the 2nd interview I recieved an automated reply to tell me I was unsuccessful. I asked for feeback and recieved nothing. A few days later the job was reposted as a short term contract role and I messaged again asking if they would still consider me and also for feedback and still no reponse. Companies need to appreciate the time and effort we put into an interview and feedback is needed to help us improve.
