Absolutely terrible. Had a phone screen with somebody from HR reading random technical questions off of a script expecting you to rattle all sorts of answers off the top of your head. Any company that thinks this is an efficient way of evaluating candidates should be avoided.

The questions were just randomly selected. You either knew them or you didn't. It is ridiculous to believe that a candidate can be evaluated properly on this basis. Apparently this company has yet to realize that IT pros and engineers research and document topics so this sort of memorization is not a necessity. It is far more important if someone can find an answer and problem solve than have answers to random questions memorized.
