The interview was with the branch manager and SBO. They were both friendly and asked questions to feel out my temperament work ethic, service mentality, etc. I worked for the company before and had a great work record so I went straight from applying to the interview and a job offer the next day or so.

The interview process was great. Went fairly quickly and wasn't nerve-wracking at all. I had very good interviewers. It lasted for approximately 45 minutes. They explained everything to me as best as possible. Be sure you have questions to ask because they do like that.

Behavioral based questions, be ready to answer questions with story examples. One interview with manager and asst manager, 4 weeks total. I accepted and started 2 weeks later. Overall was a great experience.

Applied online, and after received a pretty long assessment which I didn’t find difficult. Afterwards, I was invited to my local branch for interview which was mostly experience and behavioral questions.
