I was not told anything about the way they do business there, the extremely high volume or the amount of overtime we were required to work or how the department was set up.How the loans came in and the we did purchase only in 2 states all by phone. She said if she told applicants they would not want to come and work there.

I applied, received a email to set up a interview a week later. Had a interview with 2 branch leader (the team manager, HR rep) a week after that. Heard back and was hired a week later.

Entrevista
After applying, I received a call asking for an interview that was followed up via email. I went in on the specified day and met with two nice gentlemen. They were very professional. They gave me a small questionnaire about what I knew on mortgages but said that it was just to understand how much I knew and it wasn't a test. There were a few questions (make a time / situation when you had to deal with X and what did you do) and then there was a small faux call center experience where they pretended to be callers to see how competent the applicant is in providing customer service. After the interview, it took about a week or so, I received a call from talent acquisition with an informal offer and shift hours. Once we agreed am email followed up with so the information we discussed. Several days later I received an email with a link to complete some online forms. They did a background check as well as brought me in to be fingerprinted and b receive my parking pass. A few weeks later orientation began.
