I was asked to complete an assesment online and then was set up for an interview. I interviewed with the branch manager, assistant manager, and general manager. Standard questions were asked and each was writing down the answer on their paper. I was not asked to write or answer an essay question nor was I asked if I had any questions to ask once they were completed. It was a very awkward interview, like they had who they wanted already picked out but was just going through the required steps. Was not impressed.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
