I applied online and I took an assessment with hypothetical banking type questions. Some were focused on actual monetary transactions, others were handling difficult situations. The interviewers asked random "how would you react" situational questions.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
