I walked in the building, was offered refreshments, they were prepared, the wait time was limited to a couple of minutes, once I walked into the interview room, the supervisor and assistant manager greeted me with a friendly smile, and all questioning was about my previous experiences in the military and subjected to experiences and how I handled those experiences, this was an extremely lax'd environment which allowed me to answer freely and truly without much nervous banter that could have jeopardized my interview.
