No structured hiring process (interviewers were not aligned and there was clearly no proper preparation ), poor candidate exprience with no clear timlime for an answer, no job description ever posted. In the end I received an answer that I got the role and I should expect an offer in a few days. The offer never came. They kept me engaged for few weeks and than just disaapired.
