NavVis has one of the most disrespectful and wasteful hiring processes I’ve ever seen. After two HR rounds and a technical interview, they invited me to fly to Munich for an onsite on 16 June 2026. I arrived on time but no one was at reception. I had to wait awkwardly and stop a random passing employee to let HR know I was there. The actual interview was super easy (as it should be for a senior QC QA specialist), and everyone I met was friendly, yet the company still wasted my time and money by making me travel when they clearly weren’t ready to decide. They rejected me one week later. Total lack of respect for candidates. Avoid applying here unless you enjoy throwing away time and travel expenses.

The interview process was an excellent experience from start to finish. Most of the conversation focused on my CV, in which I explained my hands-on work in quality control, inspections, deviation handling, and support for production. The team asked thoughtful questions about the tools I’ve used and how I approach problem-solving and documentation. Everyone was professional, open, and easy to talk to, and the discussions gave me a clear picture of the role and the company itself. What I enjoyed the most was the onsite visit and meeting the team in person. Seeing the work environment firsthand and learning about the product up close gave me a much clearer understanding of the role. That part of the interview felt especially valuable to me.
HR screening was one of the best experiences I’ve had with NavVis. They were very professional and supportive throughout the process, keeping me updated at every step and making the whole process feel smooth and transparent. They focused on general fit, including my visa status, relevant experience, location, work preferences, and reasons for seeking a new role.
