Dragged me on for 3 weeks just to tell me no at the end, without any specific reason. Absolutely horrible management. I have no idea why it would take 3 weeks to figure out if someone is fit to work, especially if the job is cold calling. Terrible.

Entrevista
I applied in March 2026. The girl seemed very nice and everything was going smoothly. I got to the second stage of interview after which I was supposed to get a task so they could estimate my abilities. I agreed and girl in the interview even told me if I need more time to finish it to just let her know. The same day in the evening I got an email, and I thought it was the task, but they actually sent me an email saying that the position is filled. This is highly unprofessional and a waste of time for the candidates. It’s a shame because the role seemed really interesting and fun.
