A friend from college told me about the position, I applied that day and used his name, I got an email the next day from HR. We set up an interview on a Wednesday over the phone. By that Friday I was interviewing at the Montpelier location with the team, and I received and accepted an offer that afternoon. IT was a really quick and efficient process that was laid out effectively. The HR rep quite literally explained various position available and helped match me with one to target my efforts towards. It was a wonderful experience overall!
