Initial Interview and interview with Manager then interview with the founder of the program. I was asked for my references which I provided and they all completed the online interview process. After about 2 additional weeks I was told they were pursuing other candidates. References should not be contacted unless there's an offer to be extended, it's rather disrespectful to that person's personal contacts as it's a waste of their time.
