Straightforward, although due to a very small HR team, they monitor each interview. However, this is where it starts to take long, this could be streamlined and become more efficient if there is a small team. They prefer international students, I do not believe the process is fair for British nationals or neurodiverse. They gave me only 2 days to prepare and did not provide any support that was promised. It is a company that is expanding rapidly, however, British recruits without experience do not stand a chance.
