      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Nasuni en jul 2018

      Entrevista

      Over all interview process took over 2 months. Started with a call from recruiter and don’t hear back for week. I had to send multiple emails and another recruiter connects to schedule the interview and takes another 2 weeks to schedule a phone interview, this was the response through out the process and finally I get a onsite interview scheduled ( took 3 weeks to just schedule this round) the email said interview would be for 4 hrs and final schedule came with 3hrs not tat it matters, there were 4 rounds with panel of 2 each. Funny part is even they dint know tat it was a panel interview. from get go, none of the interviewer knew what position I was being interviewed for they had no clue what questions to ask . right after first question there was a side discussion as to who wants to ask as both had no clue wat to ask. It was very obvious that either they were sure about bringing me in (which dint happen) or they had made an offer to someone already. It was a total WASTE of their time as well as my time. Recruiters and managers need to have some concern for the candidates time and value that. I liked the ppl there but really need to work on values and process. Company has huge potential for growth. The worst part is they took a week to respond an automated email and I have to send 3 follow up emails. Given such annoying and frustrated process am just glad tat I dint have to deal with that anymore. Nothing against company but jus the process and values.!!
