I got a call back almost immediately after submitting my resume and cover letter. I interviewed over the phone on some basic information with another senior staff and then soon after I interviewed with the CEO and the senior staff. I received an offer shortly thereafter. They were very impressed with my ability to think on my feet about a new context and provide direction in key areas for their work.
